Secure communications
The AppGate Security Server delivers a very high level of security. All traffic is encrypted end-to-end between the server and the mobile device. The information never passes through a third party unlike many common "push" solutions.
Prevent information leaks
When the iPhone is connected to the AppGate server, all traffic will flow through the secure VPN connection, avoiding split tunneling and reducing the risk of a data leak.
Strong authentication
A wide range of authentication methods including password, Radius and SecurID are supported. Two factor authentication capability is built-in as standard and chained authentication can be used to streamline the login process for users.

Reduces digital footprint
When connected to the AppGate Security Server, any service that sees the device, i.e. web surfing, email etc, will only see the company IP address, not the actual iPhone. In turn, this means a lower digital footprint than otherwise, such as physical location of the person using the iPhone.
