MindTerm

MindTerm is a powerful and easy to use secure remote access client that implements the SSH1 and SSH2 protocols. It is written in Java and is available both as a stand-alone application for end users and as a library component which can be embedded by OEM customers in third-party applications and web pages where it can be downloaded as an applet.

• Small, portable and secure
• Very powerful, easy to use and provide advanced features such as tunneling support
• GUI-based file transfers and support for proxy traversal
• The client includes an integrated terminal emulator with support for several different terminal types
• MindTerm has the ability to run both as a standalone application and as an applet.

MindTerm Professional

The Professional Edition gives you the right to use MindTerm in any way you want for a contracted number of users. Packages exists in various sizes starting from 26 users all the way to unlimited site license.

The Professional Edition gives you all the features of the Free Limited Use license above plus the following features:

• The professional edition gives you a signed applet. This enables extended functionality with the Java Runtime Environment and avoids irritating security questions when using the applet.
• The Professional Edition gives you access to AppGates support organization.

OEM

Some of the worlds leading manufactures of communication equipment has signed OEM agreements with AppGate and integrated MindTerm into their own solutions. Other users are within the education and government sectors.

MindTerm source code has a well defined API and the MindTerm library is easy to use and has successfully been integrated into many third-part products.
