Cryptzone increases share capital with 25 million SEK

In addition to current and new shareholders who subscribed for a total of 12.8 million SEK, a Swedish investor consortium contributed an additional 13.3 million. After a full dilution, the consortium will hold 49% of the capital and 37% of the voting power in the company. The group consists of Kattvik Financial Services AB, Gylling Invest AB, M2 Capital Management AB, TJ Junior AB, The Gentle Persuader Fund, ATV Holding AB and AB Giraffen.

According to the board's assessment, this can be accomplished within the next three quarters. The new capital is expected to cover the base costs and make a platform for the continued global expansion for more than 1 year." Per Svantesson continues.
