First North selects Cryptzone as first company to go public in 2008.

Gothenburg, 24th of January 2008 - The Stockholm Stock Exchange today approved Cryptzone AB for listing on First North. The Nordics leading data loss prevention provider will be introduced as the 100th Swedish company to be listed as well as the first company to go public in 2008.

Trading will commence on the 4th of February 2008 under the short name "CZON B" and the ISIN-code for Cryptzone AB is SE0002301911.

Cryptzone recently welcomed 650 new shareholders through a finished share issue and a total of 9.1 million SEK before share issue costs. The offer was made on a share price of 5.25 SEK/share. The offer included a total of 1.740.000 shares corresponding with 7.18% of the votes and 13.58% of the total share capital of the company after the share issue. The company now has approximately 950 shareholders.
