Jörgen Strömberg

Jörgen Strömberg has served on the Cryptzone board since 2007 and has 20 years worth of experience within the IT industry, both in Sweden
and internationally, with a career that includes 7 years as the CEO of Check Point Software in Sweden. As Cryptzone's CEO, he is responsible
for corporate governance, finance and administration.
Peter Davin
COO, Co-Founder
Peter has over 30 years experience in running companies both in Sweden and abroad. He has worked mainly in marketing and
sales in the software and communication field. Today Peter is involved in many Boards around Europe. He has the head
responsibility for the company and is directly involved in sales. Peter has a MBA degree from Penn State University (USA) and
a BA from the University of Gothenburg (Sweden).
Daniel Nilsson
COO
Daniel has over 11 years of experience of business development, marketing and sales. He started his first company when he was 20 years old and today he specializes in
improving and developing internal and external business processes that empowers the organization to grow and improve. During his earlier career he started a Student
magazine that is one of the biggest in Sweden today, and was sold to Metro International. At Cryptzone, Daniel started up the North American market and has built the Professional
Services and Marketing Departments.
Irene Axelsson
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Iréne has o broad experience from leading positions in both listed and nonlisted companies. This includes 12 years in the private equity sector
involved in the development phases of companies from the acquisition to IPO-processes or exits in IT and infomediasector.
She is also on the board for some companies at Chalmers University of Technology.
Anders Hansson
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Anders Hansson has been breathing computer science, engineering and development for more than 25 years. While being an experienced leader and having a
sound understanding of the market and product applicability, he is also recognized for being a talented coder with several lead developer positions to
his merits. Today, and with nearly ten years as CTO of the Cryptzone Group, he sharpens our competitive edge in regards to innovative security
solutions at the global scale by managing our software development- and production- line for all verticals.
Håkan Pernsved
Senior Vice President Sales AppGate Business Unit
During his career, Håkan has established a considerable amount of experience in sales and marketing around the globe, particularly in IT networks
and communications. Prior to joining AppGate, he worked several years for Cabletron in the US, UK and Sweden, progressing to the role of Sales &
Partner Manager. Since joining the company in 2003, he has been instrumental in increasing sales of AppGate's innovative network security
technology particularly in sectors such as defense, government and IT.
Håkan has a degree in International Business & Finance from Johnson Wales University in the US and an MBA from the University of
Gävle, Sweden.
Dominic Saunders
Senior Vice President NETconsent Business Unit
Dominic has over 15 years in the IT industry, starting in systems integration before moving into project management followed by sales.
Having founded a highly successful IT security reseller in 2000, working with Blue Chip customers such as Toyota, F1, HSBC, Rank Hovis McDougal
and British Aerospace, Dominic designed and founded NETconsent, the first ever Policy Management solution. Dominic has lead all aspects of the product
evolution, as well as sales and marketing. Dominic joined the Cryptzone Group with the acquisition of NETconsent in 2010 and now has global
responsibility for NETconsent within the corporate portfolio. Dominic is also the UK General Manager, overseeing operations in the region.
Eli Hizkiyev
Senior Vice President Controlguard Business Unit
Eli Hizkiyev has 25 years experience in the software industry.
Eli has a wealth of experience with a successful track record of running sales and field operation divisions working in the leading information technology companies. Prior to joining
ControlGuard as GM and VP WW sales, Eli served as VP of Sales at Computer Associates LTD (CA), a fully owned subsidiary of CA Inc. Eli has strong leadership, sales and field operation
expertise which was demonstrated during his career at CA and Hitachi Data systems, where he served in various technical and management positions.
